A great climb on solid rock, this would be a classic Smith route if it was easier to get to and in a more concentrated area. There is no show-stopper move, just sustained technical climbing on small holds the whole way. Trust your feet and stay close to the wall. You do a get a big pocket about halfway up the route for a reprieve from the tiny crimps but still have to keep your head on to finish the route. If you don't like techy climbing you will not like this climb. Reminiscent of Moons of Pluto on the Mesa Verde Wall.

The Sterling Hollow Block is great at biting down on ropes when tying friction knots using a Prusik, Klemheist, or auto block. Its Aramid fiber construction helps resist abrasion and heat. Pony up a few extra bucks to have one hanging from your harness, you’ll end up using it.
