You Break It, You But It is a fun climb that offers up a crux down low on the route. The bolting feels a bit off down low and must be do to rock breaking off over time. We started to the right of the first bolt and moved left to clip. A stick clip is handy on this route to remove any doubt about the first clip. Continue up through cruxy moves to the second bolt. From here the climbing eases and you get to enjoy a long haul of big pockets up the rounded arete to the anchor. Well worth the climb.

The Sterling Hollow Block is great at biting down on ropes when tying friction knots using a Prusik, Klemheist, or auto block. Its Aramid fiber construction helps resist abrasion and heat. Pony up a few extra bucks to have one hanging from your harness, you’ll end up using it.
