Bunny Face offers up the perfect introduction to Smith Rock for beginner climbers. It's located in the heart of the park on the west end of the Dihedrals, so expect to get in line on this climb. Because of it's accessibility and proximity to other easier climbs it usually draws a crowd. You'll recognize the climb and area based on the terraced landings for the nearby routes.
This route is a great beginner climb at Smith Rock that offers up a blend of knobs and pockets on less than vertical rock with classic glue-in bolts along the way. The first bolt is a bit high off the ground compared to the gym but nothing out of the ordinary for Smith. Dance up the face enjoying good holds to anchors atop a ledge. There isn’t a single move that is more memorable than another but it does have a really great flow with good holds on solid rock.
This is a two-pitch climb although only the first pitch is described here and most typically climbed.

The Sterling Hollow Block is great at biting down on ropes when tying friction knots using a Prusik, Klemheist, or auto block. Its Aramid fiber construction helps resist abrasion and heat. Pony up a few extra bucks to have one hanging from your harness, you’ll end up using it.
