Located near the end of the Red Wall, Let's Face It sits just to the left of Chouinard's Crack and Moscow and follows a bolt line up requiring delicate movements.
Getting to the first clip can be consequential if you don't make it, a stick clip is recommended. Step on a block of rocks and get onto the face using small holds up through the first two bolts before using a small seam to work your way back to the right and up. Small holds, balance, and technical moves don't seem to let up until you reach the anchors. A mantle is thrown in for good measure along the way. Overall, a great climb that represents the technical nature of climbs at Smith.

The Sterling Hollow Block is great at biting down on ropes when tying friction knots using a Prusik, Klemheist, or auto block. Its Aramid fiber construction helps resist abrasion and heat. Pony up a few extra bucks to have one hanging from your harness, you’ll end up using it.
