The Picnic Lunch Wall is the prominent blank looking face that sits across the river from the bridge entrance. It can be seen from the parking lot and the Misery Ridge trail starts up underneath it just after crossing the bridge. Even though it is a large sized area in the park, there is relatively less climbing in the area than one would expect - especially for moderate climbers.
The most obvious face directly across from the park entrance. Cross the main bridge entrance and hike up the beginning of the Misery Ridge trail to the base of the wall.

The Sterling Hollow Block is great at biting down on ropes when tying friction knots using a Prusik, Klemheist, or auto block. Its Aramid fiber construction helps resist abrasion and heat. Pony up a few extra bucks to have one hanging from your harness, you’ll end up using it.
